Networking Opportunities
Before the Symposium:
Once you have registered as a participant or a sponsor, we will send you the access codes to the networking section of the web site. There, you will find information on the participants, sponsors, and participating organizations along with a description of their activities and contact information. You will be able to get in touch with people and organizations of interest before actually meeting them in Miami.
At the Symposium:
We have planned various networking sessions and networking opportunities throughout the Symposium. Special networking facilities will be available for sponsors to present their activities and products to the participants. See the program for exact time and location of these networking sessions.
Networking facilities include:
- Private booths and conference rooms at the Hyatt Regency Hotel
- Bank of America Tower 19th floor auditorium for sponsor presentations
- Hospitality room with computers
- Free wireless internet access
- Various supporting services available (interpreters, business center, etc.)
Sponsors may distribute their literature, brochures & flyers and make general and personalized presentations.
After the Symposium:
Each participant will receive the official Symposium Book containing the published papers & presentations, as well as the complete list of participants and organizations (who authorized the publication of their contact information). This book can be used as a future reference for you and your company to keep in touch with contacts, clients, suppliers or business partners participating in the Symposium.
