    Biography:

    Helen Teplitskaia founded the American-Russian Chamber of Commerce & Industry in 1992. Under her leadership, the ARCCI has evolved into a premier organization facilitating US-Russian trade, investment and technological cooperation.

    Since 1991, Ms. Teplitskaia heads the Eurasian consulting practice of Imnex International, Inc. She also serves as Director of International Energy Advisory Council and Adjunct Professor of International Business and Markets at Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where she established the Russia program in 1998.

    A distinguished expert in Russian and Eurasian affairs, Ms. Teplitskaia assisted a variety of government agencies and private sector companies, including the United States Agency for International Development, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, AT&T, Baker & McKenzie, Case New Holland, Gazprom, Gillette, Ingersoll-Rand, Maytag, Motorola, Pepsi-Cola and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter with start-up operations in Russia and other former Soviet markets, acquisitions, direct investment, joint ventures and licensing, political interfacing and media relations.

    Ms. Teplitskaia has spoken on a wide range of topics regarding Russian/former Soviet Union economic and trade issues at conventions and conferences organized by the leading government, private and academic institutions, including the U.S. Department of State, Department of Commerce, Organization for European Co-operation and Development (OECD), Eurasian Business Summit, Northwestern University, Harvard University, University of Chicago, Dow Jones, Bankers Association for Financing and Trade, Association of Equipment Manufacturers, and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. She has been featured on CNN, CNN FN, CNN International, ABC, NBC, WTTW11, BBC, and National Public Radio programs; the New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Crain’s Chicago Business, and the Journal of Commerce.

    Ms. Teplitskaia holds MIS degree from the St. Petersburg Academy of Culture and MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
